As part of National Careers Week, weโ€™re proud to celebrate an incredible milestone โ€” a 40-year career for Paul Loach, Regional Parts Manager at Keltruck.Starting on the YTS (Youth Training Scheme), Paul's journey began sweeping floors in the parts department, putting stock away and handling Scania deliveries, and learning the business from the ground up using books and microfiche.When the scheme ended, he was offered a full-time role at Keltruck, and never looked back.From the back counter to delivering parts across the region when West Bromwich was the only Keltruck branch, he continued developing his expertise before returning to the parts department, where his passion has remained ever since.โ€œI wouldnโ€™t work anywhere else.
