Those are just some of the words that Utopia Despatch and Transport Manager, Dave Mobbs, used when he was asked about their relationship with Keltruck.
Leading bathroom furniture manufacturer, Utopia Bathroom Group Ltd, marked their 12 year relationship with Keltruck by taking delivery of two brand new Scania vehicles; a G235DB4x2MNA highline and G325DB4x2MNA highline.
These vehicles will join a 100% Scania fleet of 12 vehicles and will operate out of Utopia’s distribution centre based at Springvale Industrial Estate, Wolverhampton.
These particular Scania models are ideal to service Utopia’s extensive network of high street retail outlets and the national distribution centres of bathroom furniture across Britain, as they are designed for those multi-pickup and multi-drop tasks that are a common factor of this type of industry.
As Dave Mobbs explains:
“Having had a complete fleet of Scanias for the past twelve years, we believe that we have a proven track record that these vehicles offer the image, comfort and reliability necessary to meet our high demands.”
The two new Scania vehicles will be serviced at Keltruck Willenhall, who have developed a very strong relationship with Utopia by understanding their needs, requirements and ensuring maximum uptime with their vehicles.
Dave Mobbs continued: “Having dealt with Keltruck for the last 12 years we have found that the level of service offered; whether at Keltruck Head Office [off Junction 1 of the M5, West Bromwich] or Keltruck Willenhall, off. Armstrong Way; is of the highest standard. Together with all various departments; sales, after sales and service, they have developed an understanding of our requirements that completely simplifies our communication both daily and long term.”
