Scania truck dealer Keltruck Ltd supply a brand new fleet of Scania vehicles to Euro Car Parts (ECP) in a deal engineered by Fleet Director Mike Kelly and Managing Director Andrew Jamieson.
The supplied vehicles are new Scania P-Series range that boast a more ergonomic cab, excellent fuel economy, increased reliability with more distinctive looks recently publicised as “Truck of the year 2010”.
The deal was completed with Euro Car Parts Director, Steve Horne, for a total of 23 x P235DB4X2MNA rigid box vehicles with tail lifts and 4 x G405LA6x2/4MNA Tractor Units all supplied on a five year deal with full repair and maintenance inclusive of the vehicles tail lift system and tyres. The Scania dealer network now cater for Tail Lift equipment with a UK network of mobile technicians and so provide a complete solution to the vehicle and ancillary equipment – Keltruck Ltd have been established tail lift experts for more than fifteen years.
The vehicle maintenance will be performed at the Keltruck Ltd site at Tamworth headed up by branch Manager Phil Hickin which is conveniently located on the same industrial park (Birch Coppice) to the new Euro Car Parts National Distribution Centre reducing downtime and travelling costs.
