As a result of the Coronavirus COVID19 pandemic Keltruck has re-doubled its charitable giving to help even more important causes.
Following an initial introduction to West Mercia Search & Rescue by Tim Rollinson of TDR Transport Services back in early 2016, Keltruck has renewed its sponsorship by sending another Charities Aid Foundation donation.
Keltruck Chairman Chris Kelly commented:
With the ongoing pandemic meaning more Brits than ever are holidaying in the UK, search & rescue services across the country have experienced increased call-outs and are busy planning for a very busy summer period ahead. We were therefore very pleased to have been able to send this donation to help another important local charity with their sterling work in the community.

Andy MacAuley, Chair of Trustees, West Mercia Search & Rescue, commented:
The team would like to send their wholehearted thanks to Keltruck Scania who have very generously donated a whacking £1200 towards our operational running costs.
I know we say it frequently but donations, large and small, keep the team operational, ready to be called upon to help the vulnerable in our community.
So thank you to the Keltruck directors and staff for choosing to support West Mercia SAR. Your donation will help us continue to provide a voluntary rescue team for the region, supporting the emergency services in missing-person search, river rescue and flood rescue.
