HGV Technician
Job Role:
Working with predominately Scania vehicles, the position is for an experienced HGV Technician responsible for maintaining commercial vehicles and trailers to surpass MOT standards. With specialist equipment and training at your fingertips, you will be required to carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles and trailers, as well as diagnosing and rectifying all types of faults.
Whether you are working within our Scania Dealer Operated Standard workshops or attending disabled vehicles at the roadside or at customer’s premises, we aim to maintain the same level of customer care in a clean and tidy environment.
Job Profile:
Your technical experience in the HGV industry will be backed by experience of working on the most premium heavy goods vehicle on the market. Previous Scania experience along with a LGV/HGV licence is ideal however not essential.
For this role we are looking for some with proven experience repairing & maintaining vehicles or a technical qualification in this field (City & Guilds or NVQ qualified), and you will be required to have a full UK driving licence.
