I have a meeting every Monday with the Keltruck Scania Tamworth Branch Manager and feel our relationship is more personal rather than business. Parts and service desk is always helpful and will advise me on the best way to proceed with any problem I may have with regards to fixed price repairs etc.

The guys in the workshop I know by name and have been helpful with the designated time they give me by which the vehicles will be returned for use and, as of yet, have not let me down once!

I was broken down with a gearbox fault and Louis Warner at Tamworth asked me to wait for the work to be done and made me feel welcome. He also kept myself and my boss well informed of what was going on during my long wait in the depot. His updates and friendly attitude need to be recognised in my opinion.
