Just wanted to say a big thank you to yourself and your team for the excellent service we have received from Keltruck Scania Droitwich since we have started using your depot.
Your advice over the phone and the prompt booking in and rectifying faults on our vehicles has been invaluable. I have told our Scania sales person that we will now be purchasing Scania coaches in the future after a 5 years buying Volvo and Mercedes due to the quality of your service.
We aim to be the best in our field. We have chosen Scania trucks as we consider them to be the best – they are reliable, minimising down time, and they are fuel efficient too.
We don’t want to be involved with the repair and maintenance of our trucks in-house, so we have opted to take a package to cover their upkeep for the entire length of time we intend to own them.
Keltruck Droitwich always go the extra mile for us – providing a first-class service for the life of the truck with repairs, maintenance and parts when we need them.
We enjoy dealing with Keltruck – Tony Biddlestone makes sure we get the right spec trucks and looks after us on the purchasing. The tippers look good with our livery and the drivers like them. All in all they fit in well with what we want to achieve.
Please may I take this opportunity to say how well Ashley Welch looked after ourselves whilst Keltruck Droitwich was without a permanent manager. To be honest I was unaware that the former Depot Manager had moved on as our coach inspections/services were done on time and all paperwork sent to us within a couple of days. We mainly dealt with Lisa Corbett to get the coaches booked in for inspections and she would call to let us know when the coach was ready for collection. It was only when I had called in at Droitwich and hadn’t seen the former manager that I asked where he was. I was told then that Ashley was temporary manager. Fortunately we do not have many problems with our Scania / Irizar i4 coaches but then on the 23rd December 2021 all that changed as we had a serious problem with YN18SDY, it was diagnosed that the engine ECU had malfunctioned and that we would need a new one. A major problem as the coach was now off the road – Ashley Welch kept me well informed on what was happening, as at the time there were no ECU’s available in the world. I was supplied with a demo coach from Scania whilst ours was off the road. Eventually an ECU was supplied, this was fitted on our coach and the coach went back on the road, unfortunately the engine malfunction warning came on again but this time it was an alternator, I was particularly impressed that although the computer diagnosed the faulty alternator, Ashley contacted Scania to get them to check, so that if an alternator was fitted, that it would fix the problem. They confirmed that the alternator was faulty and a new one fitted. YN18SDY is back on the road.
Ashley Welch treated myself and my staff very well and kept the standards we have all come to expect from Keltruck.
I’d just like to take the time and thank you for all the back up and support in the parts department, which has been a huge help in getting us back on the road after such a damaging business year. Back up is key to any transport business, which is the main reason why we are about to order our 27th Scania coach because of the fantastic service we receive from you and your team at Keltruck Scania Droitwich. Keep up the good work and, once again… thank you!
Thank you very much for your very helpful assistance yesterday in the recovery of our vehicle, the effort involved and the speedy repair by your mechanics. Can you please personally thank the mechanic at Droitwich who stayed on and came in especially early to finish the job. Thank you again.
For us, back-up is especially important and we rely on Scania’s inclusive two-year repair and maintenance contract, which we then extend to cover the vehicles’ in-service life with us. With local dealer Keltruck Scania Droitwich managing our servicing, it’s a formula that works extremely well for us.
My old girl may be 10 years old but Keltruck Scania Droitwich have done a top job on her and treat her like new. Awesome job. The team at Droitwich treat my truck with utter respect even though she’s old. #TopFolk
I would like you to pass on my thanks on behalf of Atchison Topeka to all your staff at Keltruck Scania Droitwich.
There were some heavy servicing weeks up to and including the bank holidays and the depot surpassed itself.
There was very minimal disruption to our operation and not only did all the servicing get completed on time, the depot dealt with other requests put on to them by ourselves. Well done and thank you – that’s what I call customer service!
The service and support we get from the staff at Keltruck Scania Droitwich is excellent. The team are always ready to help solve any problems that arise to keep our the fleet on the road.
We greatly appreciate the support and flexibility of Keltruck Scania Droitwich in maintaining the tractor units to fit in with our operations. Droitwich are always able to accommodate us at short notice and get our trucks back out on the road in a timely manner.
The service, response and back-up support we have received from Keltruck Scania Cheltenham has always been commendable, and the staff have always shown a professional attitude to our problems associated with operating a fleet of tippers in the current climates – economic and meteorological!
